Our commitment

CLB Property & Landscaping Services LLC wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use clbmaintenance.com to learn about our services and request work. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

What we've done

• The Site can be used with a keyboard alone, with visible focus outlines and a "Skip to content" link.
• Pages use proper headings, landmarks and labels so screen readers can navigate them.
• Images of our work have text descriptions; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Text and buttons are designed to meet WCAG color-contrast requirements.
• Every quote form field has a label, and errors are described in text and announced to screen readers.
• The background video has no sound, plays once, and can be replayed or ignored. If your device is set to "Reduce motion," it doesn't autoplay and animations are turned off.
• The layout works on phones, tablets and desktops, and with browser zoom up to 200%.

Known limitations

We test the Site regularly, but some parts may not yet be fully accessible. Content on third-party sites we link to, such as Facebook, is outside our control. If something on the Site doesn't work for you, please tell us so we can fix it.

Report an accessibility issue

If you have trouble using any part of the Site, or need information in a different format, contact us. Please tell us the page and what went wrong. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

You can always call or text us to request a quote or ask about services instead of using the website.
