Overview

CLB Property & Landscaping Services LLC ("CLB," "we," "us") runs the website clbmaintenance.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us to get a quote, we use it to answer you and do the work, and we do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out the quote form, we collect:

• Your name and phone number
• The property address
• Your email address, if you choose to give it
• Property type, the services you're interested in, and any details you add (for example lot size, gate codes or timing)

We also receive whatever you share when you call, text, email or message us on Facebook.

Information collected automatically

Like almost every website, the servers that deliver the Site automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time. This is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure and fix problems.

Contact and quote forms

When you submit the quote form, your request is sent as an email to CLB through our email delivery provider. It is not stored in a database on the Site. A hidden field on the form helps filter out automated spam; it does not collect anything about you.

By submitting the form, you agree that CLB may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request. We will not add you to marketing lists or send promotional texts without your separate consent. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time; for texts, reply STOP.

Please don't include sensitive information (such as payment card numbers or Social Security numbers) in the form.

Cookies and analytics

We do not set cookies and do not use analytics or advertising services on the Site. Some parts of the Site (fonts and code libraries) load from third-party networks, which receive your IP address as part of delivering those files. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: because we don't track visitors across sites or sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing for these signals to switch off, but we honor them.

How we use information

• To respond to your questions and prepare quotes and estimates
• To schedule, perform and follow up on work you request
• To communicate with you by phone, text or email about your request or job
• To keep business, billing and tax records
• To operate, secure and improve the Site and prevent spam and abuse

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We only share it with:

• Service providers that help us run the Site and our business, and only to the extent needed: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (delivers quote-form emails), Google (Gmail email and Google Fonts), and Cloudflare/cdnjs and jsDelivr (deliver website code files). They process information on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
• Subcontractors or suppliers, if needed to complete work you've asked for (for example, sharing the job address).
• Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of CLB, our customers or others.
• Business transfers: if CLB is sold, merged or reorganized, customer information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

Data retention

We keep quote requests and customer communications for as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and keep reasonable business, warranty and tax records, and then delete them when they're no longer needed. Server logs kept by our hosting and email providers are held for limited periods under those providers' policies. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

How we protect information

The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and form submissions are sent securely to our email provider. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy
• Correct information that's wrong
• Delete your information (unless we need to keep it for legal or business-record reasons)
• Stop contacting you by phone, text or email

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws, including the right to appeal a decision we make about your request. To make any request, contact us using the details below. We'll respond within 45 days and may need to confirm your identity first. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Children's privacy

The Site is meant for adults arranging property services. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Third-party links

The Site links to other sites, such as our Facebook page. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don't control. Please review their policies when you visit them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, such as starting to use analytics, we'll update this page before those changes take effect.
