Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of clbmaintenance.com (the "Site"), operated by CLB Property & Landscaping Services LLC ("CLB," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Use of the Site

• The Site provides general information about CLB and our services and lets you request a quote. It is offered for your personal, non-commercial use.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to submit a quote request.
• Information you submit must be accurate, and you must be the property owner or authorized to request work at the address you give.

Quotes, estimates and services

• Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or obligate either of us to anything.
• Any price we give before seeing the property is an estimate. Final pricing, scope, schedule, payment terms and any warranty are set in a separate written estimate, invoice or agreement for your job, and those terms control the work.
• Services, availability and service area described on the Site may change without notice.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, photos of our work, video, the CLB name and logo, and the design, are owned by CLB or used with permission and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or someone else's information, or impersonate anyone
• Send spam, advertising, or harassing, abusive or unlawful content through the Site
• Try to hack, disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the Site or submit forms
• Upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code
• Use the Site in any way that violates law

We may block access or ignore submissions that violate these rules.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites such as Facebook. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We try to keep the Site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, complete, current or uninterrupted.

Photos show real CLB jobs and are examples only; results vary with each property's conditions. Content on the Site is general information, not professional advice for your specific property.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLB and its owner, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100.

This section applies to your use of the Site only. Liability for services we perform is governed by the written agreement or invoice for that job and applicable law. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CLB harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Fannin County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page and changing the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision isn't a waiver of it. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and CLB about use of the Site.
